High-precision perforated panels and speaker grills manufactured on AMADA turret punch presses with automated sheet loading. We produce round, square, hexagonal, slotted, and custom decorative patterns on any sheet metal material from 0.5mm to 3.0mm thickness.

Our EMZ MII 33-ton servo punch press with ID tooling system handles complex multi-pattern jobs without tool changeover delays. Combined with laser cutting for contour trimming, we deliver finished panels ready for powder coating or direct assembly.

Technical Details

Materials
Multi-Material
SPCC, SECC, SGCC, SUS304, SUS316, Aluminum 5052/6061, brass, copper. Material sourced from certified domestic and Japanese mills.
Thickness Range
0.5 – 3.0 mm
Standard range for punched perforations. Thicker gauges up to 6.0mm available with laser cutting for larger hole patterns.
Max Sheet Size
1250 × 2500 mm
Full-sheet processing on AMADA turret punch with ASR 48M automated sheet loader for 24/7 unattended production runs.
Min Hole Diameter
≥ 0.8 mm
Minimum punched hole diameter. Smaller features available via laser cutting. Hole pitch and open area ratio per your specification.
Tolerance
±0.1 mm
Hole position accuracy on AMADA servo turret punch. Cumulative tolerance across full sheet maintained within ±0.15mm.
Finishing
Powder Coat
Electrostatic powder coating on 3 Wagner booths. Also available: anodizing (outsourced), brushed finish, zinc plating, and raw mill finish.
