From flat blank to finished, coated component — every step performed in-house at our Bình Chánh facility with AMADA and Wagner equipment.
Fiber laser cutting for fast, clean edges on SPCC, SGCC, and stainless steel. The AMADA EML 3510NT combination machine (CNC turret + laser) enables complex flat blanks with punched features in a single setup, reducing handling and improving accuracy.

Press brake forming with a full tooling library for complex profiles — U-channels, Z-brackets, enclosures, and custom flanges. The AMADA FMB 3613NT provides accuracy and repeatability for tight-tolerance bends across high-volume runs.

Industrial electrostatic powder coating with a 5-tank chemical pre-treatment line (degreasing, phosphating, rinsing). Wagner spray equipment ensures uniform coverage. Adhesion tested to ISO 2409 and DFT measured per batch before shipment.
