Custom sheet metal enclosures, control cabinets, junction boxes, and electronic housings — manufactured from raw sheet to fully assembled product. We handle laser cutting, CNC bending, spot welding, TIG/MIG welding, hardware insertion, powder coating, and final assembly with gaskets, hinges, and locks.
Our AMADA FMB 3613 NT press brake with 7-axis backgauge ensures consistent bend accuracy across batch runs, critical for enclosures where panel alignment and door fitment must be precise.

Technical Details
Materials
SECC / SUS304
Electro-galvanized steel (SECC) for indoor enclosures, stainless steel SUS304 for outdoor or food-grade environments. Aluminum available for lightweight applications.
Thickness Range
0.8 – 3.0 mm
Standard 1.0–1.5mm for small enclosures, 1.5–2.0mm for control cabinets, 2.0–3.0mm for heavy-duty floor-standing cabinets.
Max Cabinet Size
2000 × 800 × 600
Height × Width × Depth in mm. Larger assemblies possible with modular panel construction. Consult us for oversized requirements.
Bend Tolerance
±0.1 mm
AMADA FMB 3613 NT with angle measurement sensor. Critical for door-to-frame fitment and panel alignment in multi-piece assemblies.
Welding
TIG / MIG / Spot
Argon TIG for visible seams on stainless, MIG for structural joints, resistance spot welding for panel assembly. GWIKE laser welder for thin-gauge cosmetic joints.
Finishing
RAL Colors
Full RAL color range on Wagner powder coating system. Standard textures available. Coating thickness 60–80μm per your specification.
