What We Make

L-brackets, Z-brackets, U-channels, mounting plates, and structural supports for equipment, machinery, and construction applications.
Frames & Chassis
Equipment frames, machine chassis, rack structures, and welded sub-assemblies with dimensional accuracy for mechanical and electronic applications.

Materials & Capability

Cold Rolled Steel
SPCC / SECC
Most common for indoor parts. SPCC for standard applications, SECC (electro-galvanized) for improved corrosion resistance. JIS G3141 standard.
Stainless Steel
SUS304 / 316
Food-grade, outdoor, marine, and chemical-resistant applications. SUS304 for general use, SUS316 for higher corrosion environments.
Aluminum
AL5052 / 6061
Lightweight parts, heat sinks, and anodized components. 5052 for formability, 6061 for strength. Available in standard and custom tempers.
Thickness Range
0.5 – 6.0 mm
Laser cutting up to 20mm (mild steel), 12mm (stainless). CNC bending up to 6.0mm. Most sheet metal parts fall within 0.8–3.0mm.
Tolerances
±0.1 mm
Laser cut: ±0.1mm. CNC bend: ±0.1mm angle, ±0.15mm dimension. Punch: ±0.1mm hole position. Tighter tolerances available on request.
Surface Finish
Multiple
Powder coating (full RAL range), zinc plating, hot-dip galvanizing, anodizing (aluminum), brushed finish, silk screening, and raw mill finish.
